The Malfunctioning Robot

When  it came into my head to make a collapsing robot my first thought was, that's too difficult. But then I remembered those little animals that would collapse and come back to life when pressure was applied to the base of the plastic plinth on which they stood.The main problem was that my robot would only have two legs, and this method only works with four legs,due to amazingly complicated reasons. But, because my robot would be supported by the handle he was turning, it would be possible to elevate him, on his inadiquate two legs, as you will see in this video.
