Steampunk Bird

This is my first for 'sale automata' in the Steampunk style. The sound and movement come from a ready made singing bird mechanism. The base is made from a tin can and the bird is wood covered in rubber. The wings are aluminium and the cage is made from galvanised wire which has been rusted. It is 10" high and 4" in diameter.
Each one is hand made to order and no two are the same
